Is anyone running Shinko 777s on a 2007 Honda shadow 750 c2? I am wondering if they're a direct fit or need any adjustments, I would love to hear your experience with sizing and overall ride feel

I switched from Shinkos to Kenda Kruz tires on my '86 Honda 1100 Shadow and really like them, much better grip. Shinkos are harder and last longer, but they can be a bit slippery. The Kendas have deeper tread and are a bit softer. Hope that helps

Yeeees. The 777s will fit just fine on the 2007 C2. You got no mods needed. I've used them before and they ride okay. Expect them to be a little stiff in the beginning though.

Thanks, that does help! I've heard similar things about Shinkos being durable but not the grippiest. I'll check out the Kenda Kruz too, grip matters more to me than just long life

Thanks for confirming, I can deal with a stiff break-in if they hold up well

Shinko 777s are excellent offering quite a lot in terms of performance and you won't feel like you're lacking. With that said, they're not the longest lasting tires, especially if you're a bit on the aggressive side.
